About the event
A monthly holistic hub to come together to move, rest, share, be creative, support and build community. 2 hours of accessible movement, wellbeing, playful encounters through explorative movement, creativity and reflective rest.
Suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
There will be a break for refreshments and sharing time. Please bring your own water, yoga mat, blanket and cushion for the relaxation phase. Wear comfotable, loose clothing and bring warm socks and cover up for resting/nesting time.
