About the event
An hour of total relaxation listening to the sounds of the Himalayan & Crystal singing bowls and earth gong. Then be reawakened to the sounds of therapeutic percussion.
A sound bath is where you immerse yourself in sound frequency.
The sound is all around you and creates a ‘bath’ of sound that is felt deep within. Using a trusted method, by the British Academy of sound therapy, the sound lowers brain frequencies creating a deeply relaxing, meditative state and encourages healing. You will leave feeling relaxed and restored.
Bring along a yoga mat, blankets and pillows to help you get comfortable on the floor. You could even bring a camping chair if thats more comfortable for you. Please also bring along a bottle of water with you too.
