About the event
Kelly teaches a very gentle form of yoga, making it very suitable for all abilities, even people new to yoga. Kelly will take her time to make sure you’re comfortable with postures, she gives variations to ensure you are working to your ability.
Her own yoga practice and becoming a yoga teacher has been fundamental in healing her own health and life, she knows the power this can offer all attending. She’s super passionate to help you all embrace the healing and transformative effect yoga holds with regular practice.
